Description

Jani walks us through the bandhas of the foot (Pada Bandha), ankle (Kulpha Bandha), and knee (Janu Bandha). He distinguishes the compressive "Ha" and expansive "Tha" form of each, and demonstrates how we might incorporate the bandhas into standing postures. We find strength and stability in the joints, and our attention turns toward the more subtle aspects of our asana.
