oh, lovely! all that matters in our yoga, moving with the breath! I liked the comment of beginning the breath before the movement starts and ends. I loved the down to earth explanations of meaning of Hatha and the warnings of practicing without proper breathe leading to injury. a man after my own heart, thank you I loved your authenticity Namaste
