This was fun, energising and uplifting! I loved all the twists towards the pose. And the block-bench supported version felt so reassuring (no falling out of this triangle :).
This was a wonderful practice! The twists felt great and I loved learning how to use props to achieve challenging poses. Fallen triangle was still tough but achievable. Now I can build up my stamina for the pose. I also thought it was fun to use the block (passing it back ad forth) with the prone arms and legs extended position and with reverse triangle.
