For me, this was quite challenging (in a good way). The supported crow felt freeing - I enjoyed being in the pose without fear of toppling over. Then, I surprised myself and held crow without the props, a pose that I’ve been avoiding of late…I think the muscle memory of using the props leading up to the pose gave me the confidence to “go for it”. What fun!
Jenny S That is amazing to hear. Thank you so much for sharing. There is magic in thoroughly breaking down a pose, exploring it and then venturing into it both with and without props. I love how they reenforced your confidence and you went for it with a sense of joy. Way to go!
Thank you for this practice. It was a nice progression to the peak pose. It helped me understand what needs to be engaged or disengaged and how much effort I need to put on the muscles in crow pose. I was able to hold crow pose for longer following this sequence.
