What a delight these sessions are - rarely has my inner radiance been so in need of replenishment!
The first session almost overwhelmed me - wow do I need resilience building - I think that´s not just personal but a metaphor for the times too......but you always seemed to interject the " stay with it" just when I needed it most. Today however I decided to leave out the breath of fire ( it´s already hothothot and not that long since breakfast) and just stay with the long slow breath - not only did this mean I could keep a smile on my face throughout ( instead of the splutterry grimacing haha!) but that i could " stay with" each posture to the end - and I feel so replenished!

Ah yes! Totally rejuvenated! Even though I practiced this with the modifications you offered and at a slower pace, I feel all the wonderful benefits of this practice. I no longer need a nap 😍 Kundalini magic! 💥
