Hey Lydia: Day one of 12 days of Christmas done. You packed so many cool cues into this one, that I practiced it with beginner's mind. Only when you spoke about trapping anger in the quads did I remember. It is also a very active pose with knees lifted and then going into boat. You are so calm it is inspiring. Hope you are having a festive and joyous holiday weekend.
