Hi just tried this tonight I’m confused are we actually vocalizing Aum? Or just saying it inside out head/inner hearing? Thanks!

Renata just saying it internally, inside your head- not vocalizing out loud!

Mind has accepted the breath count and the AUM. My mind still bounces but it is easier together her back up
