This was excellent—I usually can’t sit in easy pose for this long due to tight hips... but when we did the meditation at the end for ten minutes, my hips were perfectly comfortable by then in easy pose—in fact as I write this review, I’m still sitting in that position! Thank you!
Wow, this opened up my hips a lot. I can feel it on both sides this morning. I loved learning those new mudras in the seated meditation. Your comment about the hips as a symbol of moving forward stills resonates. This was much easier than the first practice with the blocks (though that was really cool btw). Thanks, Dave
