Beautiful class for me. I brought all my yoga teachers into my heart as the meditation unfolded. Then a space opened up for compassion to the most difficult man in my professional life. Thanks for bringing me back to love. Also: you are secret shoulder sadist. That was painful today. I have had a couple of cats sit on me, one during upward dog.
