Yeah, that’s another practice I will return to! What is the symbolism of the hanging blouse?  I am at work, last day before vacation, and needed some stress release. This did the trick. Happy holidays to you and your family.  

David Goldstein Happy holidays and last day of work! I don't remember about the hanging blouse, but my guess is that I was speaking about letting the ribs hang heavy as the spine lifts up? I like to think of the central axis of the body moving skyward as the ribs hang down. This gives me a sense of steadiness and direction, as well as ease and grounding. Hope this makes sense, or perhaps you find your own insights from this explanation.
