Hi Alana. I did this practice in the early evening and felt calm and centred for the last third of the day. Listening to my body and breath slowed me down and invited me to be mindful of the subtle changes within. It was a successful experiment. Thank you.

What a lovely practice. I have added more regular strength training and cardio as I get more into my 40s and have been tight. I do yoga at home everyday and use a foam roller as needed. But, this practice was terrific for opening my shoulders and hamstrings and lengthening my spine.
