Sat facing the window, gazing, my cat dozing, silence in the house, considering your way of life, your words.. Community, wilderness, vulnerability, nature. I also teach yoga and watching you unfurl on here makes me realise community and simplicity is my dream. Thank you x

Amanda, I've sat with your words for awhile now. I'm deeply touched by your sharing - thank you for your courage to comment. It's a reminder of the sheer power of vulnerability and speaking our Truth... living authentically and aligning with our heart. And trust... why is it so hard sometimes? My teacher Ravi Ravindra speaks of the sanskrit word "shraddha" which he refers to as quality of faith or trust that's based on experience, rather than a blind faith.
