I do notice some difference with the feet feeling a bit looser, thanks. its very useful to see just how much of my body I tend to ignore without certain external inputs. going to do a bit more foam rolling etc from now on too. :)

So true, great observations Matthew. Foam rolling the feet, IT band, and gluts can be so intense but offer much relief. Keep me posted! Alana
