The stretch in the V-position and with the straps was freaking amazing! Using the strap around the stomach was very useful to reinforce the 360 degree breathing. I was proud of getting deeper in my squats, but sitting on (well, really somewhat near) my heels is challenging, but it's important to work my knees like this to gain more flexibility. The ending gratitude to your teachers was much-appreciated.
