Hi June, Lovely to hear from you! Are you referring to the seated twist in this practice, or when you're on your back twisting? I often find props useful during twisting--for supine twists (meaning on your back), play with letting your attention rest on the spine and the turning of the rib cage. You might bring a bolster or blanket under the shoulder/arm that is floating, or just allow it to rest along your side. Stay close and keep me posted. Love, Alana
