Hi Kira, this has become a must do for me every morning. I know it works because my back pain is relieved. I have become much more aware of the breath and how it affects the pelvis, which makes a dynamic difference for me. Thank you again for this beautiful back practice.
Kira, I barely get my legs off the floor in locust. What can I do to get my legs up higher, without compromising my lower back. Thank you for any guidance you can give.
