Hi Lydia! I love your videos and do them over and over. Your thoughtful and specific cues combined with your lighthearted approach are such a wonderful balance. Question for you- how often would you recommend doing the “Deep in the core” and “core integration” videos? I’ve been tacking them on to other short classes, doing each once per week.

Emily P Hi! Thank you so much for your generous note! You could certainly practice the core classes 3-5 times per week if you are feeling the benefits! Even more if they are something you enjoy and support you to feel more centred. You can watch for the abdominal "tenting", and if that is happening, try to widen and flatten your midsection in the movements. Try fake coughing, and the engagement you are feeling in your lower abdomen can be a feeling you can mimic lightly during the movements. Keep breathing fully and practicing!
