Kathleen Dowd if you’re looking for something slower, try the Vata evening practice. This one is for graceful grounding, but I was also trying to keep it energizing for the morning. Evening practice might be more what you’re looking for. Namaste!

This is a lovely, grounding flow but it is so fast! There is not nearly enough time for my breath to catch up in the shapes.

Marina thank you for the input. If you’re looking for a slower practice, I would recommend the Vata evening practice. For morning practice, I was thinking low and grounded, but still keeping the energy up to face the day! Always welcome feeedback. Namaste, Ali
