Ali, I love this class. Thank you for it. My vata energy has been stirred up lately, and I keep coming back to this one to feel refreshed and calmed. I love the combination of stretching out and binding we experience throughout the class - like your vata swaddling class, sometimes the restriction feels better than letting it all hang out. Do you know why that is? Sending sunny vibes from southern CA 🙏🏼
