I am feeling great! I am doing your Practice 2 now, and love the way I feel after I complete it!!! I am also keeping a journal, and find it helps to keep me committed! Thanks
I wish there was a way I could link this on social media to some friends of mine who are always asking me how to start yoga. It’s also a great reminder for us seasoned yogis who may have had to take some time off due to injury as to what we need to remember and feel to get back to our practice pre-surgery.
