Wonderful practice. Dug the discussion of energy travelling through fascia. On the bike, I get blocked energy through my left IT area where I hit a car 10 years ago. It then creates some soreness in the piriformis and lower lumbar. Just breathing prana into the area is not enough to ease it. I have to open my left hip off the bike with a figure four. During the spinal twists I had to massage some of the soreness from today's ride. I wonder if there has been some discussion in the yoga world about yin and self-massage for those areas that don't release with stretch and prana.
