The bow and arrow analogy really hit the target for me.
On the first day, my intuition set the intention of working on integrity. I honestly didn't know what that meant, but the intention seems to have a life of its own each day, and found solid ground with today's practice.
A small milestone: my head is getting closer to the floor in wide-leg forward fold. Bigger milestone: I used the bow and arrow energy skill on a tempo cycling workout immediately after this. It really helped me focus.
Your "crashing the temple" point in a previous practice was inspiring.
David Goldstein how fantastic ~ that’s an Iyengar quote, he has countless great teachings…love the feedback, and you can apply/practice yoga focus no matter where you are and what you are doing! Big hugs, David… keep on going!
