Savoring these last days; my "dead arm" period was last week.. I am better able to ground myself in stressful moments off the matt. The last few episodes the immediate past has quickly become a memory. Definitely better to focus on being water than lament my balance wasn't perfect in the last asana. An enormous benefit, other than the tremendous upper body strength improvements, has been opening my quads on a nearly daily basis. I can easily grab my feet in these new quad stretch positions. Glad to be part of this tribe! Your Savasanas are wonderful experiences. Today I focused on being the elements: air, earth, water and fire, rotating through them to sharpen my relaxation and wonder.
