Thank you so much for this offering this class, Alana! This is one I keep coming back to. The upside-down lunges are a gift for my bad knees, and the spinal twists alleviate my thoracic scoliosis. The relaxed pace is much appreciated. Truly calming! Echoing the many other comments, but worth an additional mention.
