Hi! As a newbie to yoga I started your challenge today. I want get more confident in my practice, and I did not think I would manage it . BUT... I did. Love the mini balance pose just right for me! I can practice that anytime. Thanks.

I designed this challenge with newbies top n my mind. The confidence you’re looking for will definitely build with all the strength work that comes early in this challenge. If I can make a recommendation, be patient with your body. It needs to adapt and grow, but the changes will become clear soon. I also recommend sticking with one lesson for a few days to really let the concepts sink in mentally and physically. Repetition is key.

Jumping back into this challenge again 🙌 these half hour practices are perfect for summer when the days seem to be filled with activity. I love that with Yoga Anytime we can revisit these challenges again and again as desired. Also, having hit the vegan ice cream a little too hard lately, it’s nice to have a steady practice routine to (at least) START the day virtuously 😉 🍦🌞 ❤️
