Love the core work, I so need it right now.  Plank was painful for my wrists so I used a low bolster.  Enjoyed boat pose and chair. Very grateful💮🌾

I really loved that first series of pelvic tilts for abs work. It certainly woke up my core after Christmas!

Briana, the lower abdomen is such an important area for support. I’d love to know if you start feeling more stability in certain poses as your strength continues to grow.
