I am in the challenge. I don't have mirrors so I cannot see If my back is curved or not when I lean down. Maybe I should learn to feel it. Anyway, yesterday I asked my daughter to check. It was fine. Keep practicing thank you so much Nathan.
Hi Caterina C. Yes, learning to feel from within versus using a mirror is an important skill. One tip I can offer is that if you are feeling an intense stretch in the hamstrings, I’d suggest easing off there and moving a little more through the spine (I.e. flex the spine.)
This felt great today! Thank you for the chaturanga tips yesterday. Strength in the legs is what I needed! Also appreciate the hugging muscle to bone and leg strength cues. I couldn't figure this out before without locking the knees! Thank you!
