Hello. This is the third time I take this course, I love it. Unfortunately I have a problem with my lower back (L1-L2) and right hip and I cannot do beck bends anymore. For example, now I am doing all the up dogs with my knees on the floor and found it highly beneficial. But wheel and camel poses are not available anymore. What do you suggest as modifications? x
