A thoughtful, careful pace. I would also show modified positioning for placement of the feet in certain poses where the knees are at risk - for example, in your "5th position standing forward fold" (very few bodies will be able to place the feet parallel to each other and maintain the necessary external hip rotation to keep the knees safe. Except for hardcore ballet dancers!)
