Thanks Michelle F! Yes, Kira, I also meant to ask if there any live classes this summer I could attend. The energy is inspiring. I pitched an idea to Birgitte Kristen about a series called "yoga for teachers" (Math teachers are welcome too). The summer is such a wonderful time for exploration or taking up new hobbies.
