Kira, Love this class! Have practiced it twice. I always get more the second time ...My body saying ,"oh this stretch, yes!", or I follow the breath closer, or hear something I missed about a sutra . So enjoy it!
I hope seven billion people move through this practice with you too. I was starting to write a memoir so I deleted it. So much of this landed (except Green Tara), but especially a few of the jokes and the discussion about hamstrings.
