This practice is so lovely, thank you, Kelly. I can see doing this often as a bedtime ritual. I felt a bit impatient a handful of times, so I know this is perfect for me right now.

What a beautiful practice - I loved the analogy of the “poison” that we need to reveal, work with then “welcome to the party” with acceptance via our yoga practice. Yoga truly brings great  joy but it also acknowledges and supports us through the more choppy waters of our journey. Thankyou for this inspirational practice. Much love and blessings xxx
