I have always used position 1, but today position 2 was for me. In 1 I was was alert and felt the magnetic push and pull and that was good, but in 2 my inner visual was suddenly night time, darkness, crickets, and roses (it is fully sunny here today). When I tried 1 again there was more tension in my thoracic spine and 2 was just nicer. I feel like each will now have their place, but I know to check and tune in to what I need for any given practice on any given day. Thank you
Had an amazing experience with the mudras as well as the shoulder practice, I wasn't able to feel much in my body while doing the mujra because my mind was so focused and interested in the magnetism and energy that was created between my fingers in position 1, I focused on keeping the rest of my arm relaxed and a gentle effort to bring my fingers together but they just wouldn't touch.. if there is a specific reason for this happening would love to know more...
Dearest Rebecca Delpin, so excited to hear your results! So many different nadis and channels unique to the circuits of you! The exploration is endless. I experience that same quality of magnetic resistance sometimes too! I do not have a good explanation of it. Would love to hear what you feel it's about. xok
Left arm and palm became tingly and the palm had a warm spot right in the center. The right arm and hand became slightly less tingly and my hand felt quite heavy . Hmmm
Mudras
Both were good , but position two was more appealing. I had done this in a previous class with you and I preferred position two that time also. Not sure why... I will try more experimenting.
Thank you so much Kira, for your intention to help us connect with the inner workings of the body! Upon pressing the hands behind the back, energy felt wispy— like a breeze moving around my palms. Position 1, definitely felt more natural and correct to me!
