Ciao Kira and thank for your work, for your way of letting me approach this new world šŸ˜Š In this session you made several references to taoism, buddha, 10 rules.... I'm a spiritual beginner šŸ˜€ but very inspired and determined to learn. Could you suggest me books or videos/shows on YogaAnytime that I could study, or any other thing you'd give me tips on? I'll be looking for your feedback and wishing you a nice Sunday šŸ˜˜

DearestĀ Silvia, know that your experience is always going to be the most powerful and insightful teacher. Directly and sincerely engaging with the practices will reveal more than any text. And, we have a lot of great resources for deeper study. See if any of these are a match, and if not, we'll keep offering suggestions.

Hi Kira! I found the last 12ish minutes to be the most powerful. Enjoyed meditating while tuning into breathā€™s reaction to worry/thoughts! Curious though, why you always seem to emphasize that itā€™s a ā€œyoga costume.ā€ It seems very intentional and Iā€™d love to hear the why, behind it! Also, if thereā€™s any story behind why you call them yoga bricks and not yoga blocks, Iā€™m all ears!
