I felt a difference in the flow of air through the nostrils while shifting the feet against the wall. In the external rotation, the air was definitely flowing near the outside of each nostril. However, in the internal rotation, the air flowed toward the inside and near the top. Sort of like northwest in the right nostril and northeast in the left.
This was an amazing experience; I'm looking forward to developing this sensitivity through further lessons. Many thanks.
I don't think it was too much as it , maybe too little. The balls of feet, on the wall, was the place of confusion. When I turn externally and internally, I lose touch with the feeling. Maybe some tension in the hip or Gluts to feel the rotation?Ā
Sara SĀ , oh okay! I understand now. Maybe the standing practice, Episode 6, will allow more easy connection. Also, just like physical anatomy, subtle anatomy is varied and unique within us.Ā What is true for me may not check in for you. Glad you are here. xok
Kira: this was so much fun, especially creating circles in my nostrils. The rotation of the hips and its effect on the nostrils crossed my mind prior to your cues; seemed kind of logical. And was cool to feel. The feet against the wall is very relaxing; nice new trick. Best, DavidĀ
