I LOVE Yin, as my low back is delicate, and slow stretching is the sweetest for me. Lovely practice, I appreciate the slow pace. The shoulder stretch is one I found years ago and it was nice to have that in this session. Your gentle suggestion of adjustments make such a difference in the stretch, especially in the front thigh, and lengthening the arm overhead in the side stretch. (my elbow never reaches the floor) Thank you Kira for a lucious wave of letting go and just being.
