I really enjoyed this exploration of side plank and found it easier than ever before. I liked the way of coming into vrksasana from a forward bend!

Margi: great way to end my weekend. Made progress with the straight leg big toe holds. So much of your wisdom resonates. I don’t know how you lift so quietly into headstand with your legs. I have big cyclist thighs so might be an impediment?

The key is:
1. a firm foundation
2. those strong legs
3. shifting the pelvis back enough to counterbalance the lift of the legs....  in symphony with shoulder blades firming onto the back.
