Not for someone with bad knees. I can’t straighten out my left knee after this yoga. I’m in a lot of pain right now. It helped my sciatica but my knees are upset.
Dearest Sharylyn, I am so sorry to hear about your knees, glad your sciatica is better. I am sending so much LOVE to your knees, Sharylyn....certainly, a Yin Yoga practice like this is best suited for those without knee issues. And I am grateful you brought this to all our attention. Yin Yoga can be practiced with knee issues, but it would be best one-on-one with an experienced teacher. I'm hoping your left knee recovered soundly and your sciatica continues to feel relief from your dedication to your yoga practice. Abounding LOVE coming your way, Sweet Yogi Sister....Kate
Vanessa , Sweet Yogi Friend, thank you for reaching out and letting me know you enjoyed the practice. So glad to hear that the practice loosened some of that unnecessary tension in your body. Warms my heart! Abounding LOVE coming out to you...Kate Smith
First of all, I need your pants. Secondly, this was wonderful! All of the poses felt so healing, and helped immensely with the pain I was feeling! Thank you!
Stacie !! I'm stoked that the class was helpful. I always like to be reminded that this stuff WORKS! The pants are K-deer. ;) Sending so much LOVE your way ~Kate
