Yess!! The head-buoy cue is so good....and the barber shop pole spinal analogy....such good ones. I can't take full credit for either of them. I absorbed those from a dear friend and pilates instructor who first told them to me years back..... Ha! My mind does work quick. It's insane...that's why I love yin so much...it makes me be still and the stillness has the space to take over and calm me down - much needed for this yogi. And yes, let's do take our time on the mat....always...we rush enough. all day. let there be space on the mat !!

Great class. I've really enjoyed the stretch of the hands and wrists at the beginning.
