I did this practice before going to teach, and I found that my teaching was much more spacious. I found myself saying, 'Rest here for a breath' or 'Take a full cycle of breath in neutral' more than usual and giving more time for people to observe the effect of a pose in their bodies. I also felt confident in giving silence and made an effort to pair down my cues. THANKS!

Hannah Brilliant this is helping you find even more useful language in your teaching. I am certain your students are loving that spaciousness. We so need that!
