Lovely practice. Enjoyed stretching the feet and ankles, felt wonderful and great set up for the rest of the session. So enjoyed the lizard poses, and gathering then releasing energy in the warrior pose. I feel a release and calmness. Grateful for your teaching🕊

I really loved Linda’s ‘Flow Sweet Flow’ series, so was really looking forward to practising with her again. This did not disappoint! Loved the pace, loved the circular sequence, loved that counted roll down from navasana at the end. Thank you Linda, and I’m looking forward to the rest of the series!
