Jodie Creaser so sorry to hear about your knee woes! Lotus is a really tricky posture for the knees. Take a look at the "trouble with pigeon pose" video and we talk a bit more about that particular action. Also take a look at the leg and posterior chain practice. Both will attempt to strengthen the often underutilized muscles around that joint which is the best bet to shore up a joint that is compromised. Let me know how it goes for you!
