I completely loved this. Practised with my teenaged daughter who has been lifting weights and she noted that yoga is hardcore!

OMG- this was a tough one for me.  Left side is definitely stronger than right. How do I get them to even out?  Whew!

Kristi, one side is usually stronger for me too. I try to keep at it and just trust the process. It's a wonder to see how our bodies start to adjust and strengthen!
