I have very stable hips, and that felt great, tha k you! I have a question for you. I seem to have ramped up my running too quickly and too intensely and may have developed shin splints and plantar fasciatis. Any movements you recommend to speed up healing?

Rosanna S Hi Rosanna! So happy that felt good for you! I am not a PT, but I've worked with a ball under the arch of the foot (gently and consistently) for easing the discomfort from tight fascia around the bottom of the foot. With shin splints, the rumour goes that both strengthening and releasing the tissue around your ankles and calves can be supportive. I think Jules Mitchell has a great foot session here on Yoga Anytime. Hope the discomfort diminishes for you, and you are skipping off on your adventures with ease soon! Warmth, Lydia
