Yes more Yoga Qigong Somatic please, great class.... first time did feet together in Qigong and I not sure this is for my body, not clear what was the purpose of feet together here....
Matt: this was so interesting. I really liked how you tied in physiology to connect to Chinese medicine concepts. The flush of the legs is something cyclists do naturally, bringing the knees out wide, reversing the pedal stroke or doing wide circles after hard efforts. I enjoyed moving the chi or prana around.
