Blimey( and that expression tells you I'm British) the double pigeon pose is tough even though I've been doing yoga for 7 years! I am working towards it on the left side but I'll get there.

Regarding your voice: that's true!it was remembering me something and Fay dissolved the enigma!
I loved this practice. Did it at the end of my day and feel like it just targeted all the right tight muscles of the hips and back. Will definitely do it again!
This was a brilliant practise. Such deep intense stretches in the hips, just what I need. I will come back regularly to this video to help me with my very stiff hips. Thank you very much Robert.
