Thank you Lydia for this practice. As always you lead one into the poses with a gentle awareness. I so enjoyed the different positions in pigeon, especially rolling back on one leg and opening the front leg. I got such a good stretch in my hips without any discomfort in my knees. I appreciate how you always give options in a pose, which allows me to go inward and release completely. Grateful for your teachings, look forward to more new sessions with you. 💜
I am having one hip replaced i January and keeping the muscles stretched and strong is challenging now. Practicing with you today was very helpful and will be repeated! Thank you for mentioning hip replacement - very wise.
