Leeann guides us in a few heart-opening restorative postures in preparation for Savasana (Corpse Pose). We find a straight-legged backbend with the support of a chair, Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Bridge Pose) with the supoprt of a block, and a juicy Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose) with the support of a chair and a strap. We finish with a long and yummy 6-minute Savasana.
