Relax and Restore

Leeann leads us through a few relaxing and rejuvenating restorative postures in preparation for your deepest Savasana. We find a reclining shoulder stretch and Matsyasana (Fish Pose) to open the front body and stretch the shoulders. We then move into a supported spinal twist and Balasana (Child's Pose) to continue to sink into the support and ease.
