Alana guides us in a series of yin postures with 2-5 minute holds to explore some of the shapes and principals of yin yoga. We stretch and awaken the connective tissue with held postures such as Butterfly, Swan, Sphinx, spinal twists, and an easeful Savasana (Corpse Pose). You will feel a sense of stillness and calm.
